Here's a drawing I worked on when I was sick for 5 days!^^; He's not anyone special, but says it looks like Kairi's father from Kingdom Hearts, so we can go with that!^-^ [By the way, visit Faerie-chan's gallery, she's soo good!^^] For the background I used a reference and for the Japanese gate he's sitting on, but the guy is all from my head!=D I tried my best with blending my background, but it's very hard with colored pencil!^^; Well, I hope you enjoy!!XD I believe this is my best one yet!;)

Awesome!! Especially like the guy's hair, and that large petal on the right :XD:

Er, just a suggestion, since you asked for advanced critique: Backgrounds are tough to do with colour pencil alone (i know from experience :XD: ) So it might be better to use other mediums, like watercolours. Much faster and the effects are nicer :D

Me likes very very much. This is definately a step up from what I've seen so far ^_^. Though, I admit (from experience) that colored pencils are...evil, I'd say more highlights next time. Still, very very very very (think I should say it again?) nice piece. You're getting better as we watch ^_^.
