Hmmm...it's two in the morning, but it's the 21st. I wonder if I made the deadline?^^; Hopefully!!

This is my entry for :iconkaazi:'s contest!!^--^ I'm sorry for cutting the deadline so close!>.<

Regardless if I make it in the contest or not, this was a very enjoyable drawing to work on!=) I had alot of fun on Kaazi's characters Amee(little girl) and Colonel (man beside Amee). I find Colonel so cute!!;p:love:

I had to illustrate a part of his poem This Flawed Carnival.
their clothes I inked (I think my inking pen ran out), and the rest I colored with Rose Art and Crayola colored pencils!:w00t:
I had to find a picture of a Ferris Wheel on Google...I apologize for the awful attempt at it...if you can see that it's a Ferris Wheel their sitting in.^^;

this is really good :) I like it a lot, especially amee's dress! it's so gothic and perfect, you really captured them both perfectly. I wouldn't want to go on that ferris wheel xD I'd be too afraid of it breaking right out from under me

Wonderful drawing, Amee's dress is gorgeous and I love her expression. Also, the positions are wonderful. I find it impossible to draw people sitting without it looking hideousloy wrong. Beautiful shading and colouring as well

Interesting. But perspective is bad of that work, and also faces are looking, like they don't have jaws... that's my opinnion.
Well, there's no background, but even better, like that we must focus on that two characters.
So, try to practice more perspective, and faces, and that'll be much better :)
